Brian & Dani | Laramie Train Depot | Laramie, Wyoming Wedding Photographer
It’s always slightly terrifying when a fellow photographer calls and asks you to shoot their wedding. Especially when it’s a fellow wedding photographer whose work you really admire. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a huge honor to be asked, but there’s always a small part of me that wants to run in the other direction. When Brian Harrington of BHP Imaging called and asked me to document his and Dani’s big day, that was definitely the case. I never second-guess myself more than when I’ve been hired by a fellow photographer, and Brian’s work is incredible.
Despite that pressure, Brian and Dani made my job very easy by having one of the most laid-back, fun days imaginable. They were married at the Laramie Train Depot surrounded by an amazing group of friends and family. Their theme of aspens and natural elements was gorgeous (check out the tree bark plates they found for the tables), and I’m going to go ahead and give them the award for the best reception music of this year’s wedding season. Brian, maybe you should have an add-on of “Spotify Playlist” as part of your wedding packages. 😉
Thank you both for entrusting me with documenting your big day. It was an incredible honor, and a lot less scary than I imagined. Congratulations, Brian and Dani!
